AFRICA: Climate Change Worsening Farming’s Trade-Related Woes, Inter Press Service, Tuesday, October 13, 2009 (posted by Global Issues)
Climate change has been effecting the agricultural growth for farmers in Africa.
There have been less crops growing and more and more people are starving and
dealing with malnutrition. On top of that with the lack of crops growing there
is less opportunity for farmers to trade which is bringing in little
money. The lack of crops to trade is affecting people from all over. With
the agriculture is declining and farms are having more issues when it comes to trade
this can cause conflict amongst the people that the farmers trade with and can
cause further issues.
